At it’s core Endinel is anonymous communication. There is a direct correlation between anonymity and disclosure, the higher the level of anonymity the easier people find it to talk.

We have built a completely anonymous system to enable employees to talk about issues which are worrying them and causing them distress. This allows the Compliance or Human Resources departments to engage in direct communication with the employee enabling problems to be dealt with quickly and effectively.

At Endinel we enable employees to share information about matters that they often desperately need to discuss. Matters raised typically cover subjects such as: mental health, workplace bullying, corruption and other wrongdoing.  Employees are able to instantly communicate with their employer with the protection of anonymity. Issues that are difficult or impossible to discuss become manageable because of the anonymity we offer which benefits both the employee and the employer.
